“This place is neat and clean. They have a lot of interesting stuff to look at while you're enjoying your meal. The chicken was very tasty and the temperature was perfect. As for the service the the little girl " Lily "that waited on us was so sweet. Our granddaughter took her time in ordering because she couldn't make up her mind. So "Lily " help her in making her choice. I wish all restaurants had workers like" Lily" and food is actually good. Keep up the good work Zaxbys!“
“There is a reason this KFC is rated significantly higher than the Johnson City location. We go out of our way to come to Piney Flats because the service is amazing and I feel as though the staff truly cares. The food is always made fresh and we have never had a bad experience or even sub par.Tonight, we made the mistake of trying the JC KFC again for convenience (party member wanted Fazolis). We were immediately reminded why we don't go there. The restaurant is disgusting and the staff isn't much cleaner. Our normal order was refused, saying they wouldn't do it. So here we are, back at our usual location, lesson learned. We won't stray again ☺️“
“My partner and I got a $25 Fill-up (or whatever it's called) for take-out and got 2.5 tasty meals out of it. This was my first time trying KFC nuggets and I found them to be about as good as CFA. The size and texture were almost identical with the seasoning more like KFC original recipe, as you would expect. Our order was ready exactly when the app told us it was and the crew at the counter got it right to me when I entered the restaurant.Parking: 3 or 4 parking spots reserved for online order pickup and way more spaces than needed for dine-in customers.“
