“I'm going to stop coming here. My husband and I stopped by to get the jr.pal with cheese. Those burgers were awful! They were cold and the cheese wasn't melted they were cold to. I also wish if they put out on their sign a suggested meal for a certain amount. That when you pull to the window to order. They wouldn't say its not a combo or special. Just don't put anything on the sign at all.“
“The Captain D's in Elizabethton, Tennessee is great. The food is always served hot and fresh. The staff are always super friendly and they always make sure that you have the correct order and that you have all of the condiments that you need for your food. One of the best restaurants in town. Also, the lady that was working the drive thru window was super nice and really a sweetheart. I wish that most folks were this nice.“

“This is the most amazing bojangles i have ever been to. Not only is their food and service always top notch, but this morning they made me a chicken tender combo at 6:30am when it's part of their lunch menu. I was getting them for my wife who is a 3rd shift CNA. I have never felt so appreciated by a fast food place before.“

“Had a great meal of chili cheese slaw dogs and fries. It was my son's first visit there and he had the classic chicken combo. He said it was pretty good. The only issue we had was with the payment. They said my card did not process so I paid cash later on. Found out it did process but the owner was quick to rectify the situation. “I came to the drive-thru at 5 minutes till close. My 4-year-old was determined to get a chocolate milkshake and I asked the staff if it would be any problem to make her one. I work in restaurants so I understand sometimes at the end of the night last minute customers can be discouraging. The two girls at the window were beautiful and super sweet. “Was 2nd in-line and Waited 20 mins in-line cause they only had one worker and he was not moving fast what so ever granted it was 9pm 1 hour before closing he kept prioritizing online orders over the customers in-line just not a great experience could’ve been avoided somewhat if they had another worker present other wise no complaints“
“I had never eaten at a freddys before, however trying it for the first time blew me away, their food was fantastic. It was hot, crispy, fresh, and delicious. The price was very good for the amount of food you recieve, especially compared to other restaurant value to quantity ratio. The staff was friendly and professional, the restaurant being very clean, and the theme of a diner being a great aesthetic. I would highly recommend going to the establishment, and intend to visit this place more often in the future.“
