They have something for everyone here. I grew up eating here when my grandmother was the cashier. The sauce and meatballs are unchanged with time and are still just as delicious as I remember. The sampler is a good option for your first time. The portion sizes are generous in the sampler, and they're gigantic if you order them as a single meal. Very laid back and calm atmosphere. I have always loved this place, and I hope that it stays around for decades to come.
