I am from Lebanon but I was in Franklin with friends so we ordered a couple of large pizzas. I usually order online but it was not working correctly. When I got the order it was completely wrong I called and the right order I thought was correct but when it got delivered it was wrong as well I’m not mad.

DONT ODER FROM HERE. Ordered my pizza online, tracker never updated, so I called the store to check. They told me that they delivered my pizza to the side door. Went to go check and there was nothing there, so I called back and told them that I did not receive my pizza, and asked if there was anyway they could’ve taken it to a different house. The guy on the phone suggested that maybe someone stole my pizza, never happened, so not sure why it would happen today. The delivery driver was in the background screaming saying I was a liar, and that I received it because she know where she took it and she took a picture, yet they were not able to send me the picture that she took , when claiming she delivered it. I asked if someone could send me the picture or refund my money, and the guy told me to forget about a refund and proceeded to hang up in my face. Very unprofessional and I can’t stress this enough. I will never order from here again, and this is my hometown Domino’s. 0/10 do not recommend.

I ordered from her bc it’s literally in walking distance of my home. They still didn’t bring my entire order and the pizza was cold but worst of all trying to call them they put me on hold for over 30 minutes. Won’t be ordering from here again, bad service. Just wanted to add since the owner responded below. I called 3 times, they put me on hold for 30 minutes each time and I just gave up, it’s not worth that much time. Also, check on those working there when you open the door smoke billows out cause they are smoking weed in there. Maybe this is the reason they are missing the mark on service

Ordered pick up a few minutes before 10pm while at work, planning to time my break to when the pizza was ready for pick up. The tracker indicated my pizza was ready for pick up at 1008pm. I arrived at 1015. Waited in the drive thru line approx 10 minutes. The car ahead of me rcv'd their order and left. Staff came and took my money and said he'd be right back with the order. Approx 10 minutes goes by and it appears that this staff member was making a pizza. Surely it's not my pizza that was supposed to be ready... yup, it was the pizza I ordered and was told was ready for pickup over 30 minutes ago. He comes back to the window and states 'its almost ready, park up front and I'll bring it out to you' approx 10 minutes later he brings out my order. The pizza was spectacular, obviously this was his way of apologizing for the inconvenience. However I rcv'd no actual apology (which goes a long way) or explanation as to why my pizza wasn't ready when I arrived. The young man was alone in the building, so slow service is totally understandable but having the tracker system indicate the order was done when it was not, the staff member not explaining he was just now making my pizza, and the lack of apology of any kind is unacceptable. This caused me to be 20 minutes late returning to work, which I got in trouble for AND I wasn't able to eat until my next break, hours later.

Ordered while at work, timing my lunch break to begin when pizza tracker told me the order was ready. When it was ready I left to pick up. 7 minutes later I'm at the window. The young man took my money and says 'I'll be right back with that. I sat in the drive thru line for approx 10-15 min after paying. Staff finally came back to the window and stated 'it's almost ready if you'll go park in the front I'll bring it out to you' He was just starting my pizza! I waited another 10-15 minutes and he brought my pizza out. He did make a spectacular pizza, obviously to make up for the wait, was polite and respectful- but there was no apology (which goes a long way) and pizza tracker never should have showed as ready when it had not even been started. Because of this I was late returning to work and used up my entire break meaning I was unable to eat until my next break, hours later.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear. Big difference between Parmesan-garlic sauce and Alfredo sauce. After pulling up to the pickup window and having a strong smell of marijuana coming from inside the store, and being greeted by a glassy-eyed worker clearly under the influence, I know why my order was wrong. Completed a survey to note my dissatisfaction, but of course, no follow up.

I would give them more stars but $6 for a delivery fee is madness. If this is a corporate store and the fee is built in because of some suit then I don’t really blame you. I just can’t spend my money here though.

The last 2 times I've been here, my order has been lost despite receiving a notification that it was ready for pickup. The restaurant has done nothing to mitigate my inconvenience. The apologies seem insincere. The pizza is decent but not worth the inconvenience.

The place was not very clean when I walked in to get my food no greeting I only saw 1 person. Our pizza was horrible an one had Ranch on it so thick like where our sauce should have been. It was horrible. Never cud get threw to speak to anyone higher up an we was just there for a visit staying at the Farm Circle WGICH BY THE WAY IS WONDERFUL SO RELAXING. HUSBAND TOOK ME FOR MY BIRTHDAY ENJOYED IT I LOVED JUST BEING AWAY VERY UNFORTUNATE THE CLOSEST FOOD PLACE AN IT WASNT EVEN OKAY ENOUGH TO EAT IT WAS THAT BAD. . . . THEY REALLY NEED TO GET THE YOUNG MAN THERE SOME HELP OR FIRE HIM ONE AN I WISH THAT ON NO ONE. EVERYONE NEEDS A JOB BUT ONE THEY GOOD AT.

The 1 hour 40 minute delivery wasn't the problem. Pizza was fine. My issue was when the time estimate on their website was way off and I called to get an update, the guy at the store hung up on me. Just hung up the phone. Customer service matters (I think). Won't order from here again.
