Franklin Chop House is a pleasant surprise with quality food at good prices. The outstanding biscuits are a hit, and the salads are fresh and tasty. The option to substitute a side for a salad for just a dollar is rare. The chicken fried chicken is excellent, not overwhelming, with moist and tender meat. The pork chops have a unique soy and ginger flavor that is delicious, and the portions are generous. The service, especially from waitress Holly, is friendly and thoughtful, making the dining experience even better. The Angel Hair pasta marinara is very good, with large portions perfect for leftovers. The catfish dinner and steaks are always a hit with no bad meals experienced. It's a great spot for a business lunch or family gathering.
