Visited Hogwood BBQ for the first time today. You know you’re in the right place when they ask you if you want your brisket marbled. The brisket was honestly the best I have ever had! It was so tender and the flavor was amazing! We tried the pickles, coleslaw, potato salad, mac and cheese, and pinto beans. Every single item was amazing. The team is amazing as well. We've been coming here for years, and I'm always surprised at how good and consistent the ribs are. Love the brisket and sides also, but the ribs are moan-out-loud outer-worldly. Also always love how the owner and employees clearly care and work hard. There is no one on their phones with dirty tables here.
