“I had the toasted coconut ice cream. I’m not really a fan of coconut, but this was absolutely delicious! The friendly lady that took care of me was so sweet. I wanted a small cone, but I got it in a child size dish that she recommended and it did not disappoint!!! I want to go back here for dessert later lol!“

“Jenni’s is continues to be the yummiest ice cream experience for me. Love their new location in the Cool Springs Franklin area. Very understaffed for the crowd when I went by although waiting in line is fine when the weather is beautiful. Lemon bar, Brambleberry crisp and almond butter brickle— perfection!“

“Tried Jeni’s ice cream for the first time and absolutely LOVED it! They have some unique flavors that you can’t find at your typical baskin Robbins type of ice cream shop. Definitely more high end too based on the atmosphere and prices. Almost $7 for two “half scoops” of ice cream.
It’s still a nice treat if you’re there to grab lunch or dinner with family or friends. But if you want to indulge a little more I suggest just grabbing a pint of your favorite flavor from Target. They carry the Jeni’s brand pints in their frozen food section and you get much more bang for your buck!

“My neighbor and I stopped by yesterday to get our first Snoballs! The man(so sorry I didn’t ask your name) was soooo nice! He took the time to talk with me when I told him I was moving to Nola(thanks for the recommendations)! The snoballs were absolutely delicious and I highly recommend the Dreamcicle flavor! 10/10 Recommend“

“I placed an order for 12 mini pies for thanksgiving, they were delicious! The staff was friendly and the store was very clean. Well while I was there, I dropped my ID and didn't notice. One of the lovely staff dropped if off in my mailbox! They went above and beyond, especially around a busy holiday. Truly appreciated.“

“We went to this location to pick up an order we had made online. We had ordered a dozen cookies with frosting, and added two extra frostings to the order. Unfortunately all the frosting was left out of the order, but when we called customer service they went above and beyond! It was 8:00 on a Friday night, but someone immediately answered the phone, was overly kind, and not only refunded our money, but gave us $10 in coupons to use for our next visit! Well done Tiff’s Treats!“

“Carhops are very efficient, I ordered a unsweet tea & a #1 burger, one of the best burgers that I have had from a Sonic in a long time, and the Pulaski Sonic, they both have great burgers, My Carhop that day was Caroline, she was quick to get my food to me, and she did it with a smile, very nice young lady. Next time I am there, I will stop in again“

“One of the few ice cream places left in the Cool Springs area, this place is your destination if you're looking for do-it-yourself froyo. They have a full scale toppings bar and you can self-serve the soft serve. Been in here many times, and overall pretty good experience. The prices are by the pound typically, and can cost you a pretty penny if you're not careful! I would recommend.“
