3/18/2024Monday was the first time I've had an issue with an order. However, this location got back to me quickly and made it right. I am so impressed with the customer service.If you're "on the fence" about coming here, don't be! This is some of the best BBQ east of East Texas.I'm looking forward to having them cater my next event. ?Previous review:Wow! The pork ribs are excellent! I'll be back often because I've finally found a BBQ place that reminds me of home (Texas). (I just wish they had big beef ribs!)

This is a self service Jim N Nicks and I will NEVER be back again!!!!! There is a charge for the biscuits that use to be complementary. I am so disappointed. The food tasted like a microwave dinner.

Smoked dry rub wings are outta this world! Their ranch dressing is too good. And you won’t regret trying their mac n cheese. Great service and the food always comes out quick.

first time ever eating here and probably my last lol. i ordered the potato and it was DRY. i mean not a lick of butter. there was maybe 5 pieces of shredded cheese on the whole thing & not enough onion although i asked for extra. oh did i mention dry.. at $15 it should be swimmin!

The food was amazing and I was able to meet the Manager Rachel she was incredibly inviting and helpful. I wish more Managers you meet at restaurants were as engaged as she is.

Service was great. Location has a good atmosphere. Brisket was insanely dry - like borderline inedible. Charging $21 for that brisket should be a crime. I still love the biscuits though.

Came down from Ohio to visit family, ate here last year everything was good, this year Ordered take out,like 3 lbs of different meat and 4 sides, meat was good size of the sides were laughable, we got onion rings,fries and Mac &cheese and coleslaw, well there were 6 onion rings,maybe 20 fries, about a cup of Mac and cheese, and about a cup of slaw,Bill was almost 80.00 called back and kid on phone was no help, said that's what you get, SORRY WILL NEVER BE BACK ,will not recommend,Signed,Highly disappointed from Ohio

Do not get to go from this location. Paid 75$ and got these incredibly small sides that were 3-4$ each. Meat was good but for what you are paying this is not worth it. The Murfreesboro location is better so if you can drive I recommend going there.

We picked up the large order for an office party. Food was cooked well and tasted good. Green beans were not our favorite. They were a bit spicy.

This could have easily been a one star review. We were hosting my wife's family for Christmas so I pre-ordered food from this JNN location roughly ten days in advance with a very specific pickup time as we had purchased tickets to a show for the whole family that started at 8:00. The bad news was that there was a screw-up in the kitchen and for some reason they didn't start on our order until I got there to pick it up. I had to wait about 45 minutes for the food to be ready which really put us in a bind on time.No one can travel back in time to undo a mistake, but the good part was that after the mistake was made, the manager (Al I believe) jumped on it and he and the staff did everything they possibly could to make it right. He even offered to personally drive the slower cooking items to our house so I could take what was ready sooner so we could get started. I wound up waiting for the whole order, but wanted to say I was really impressed by the lengths they went to trying to "make it right" for the customer after that initial mistake. Oh, and the food was delicious.
