I had a really incredible experience with Kailey cakes. I ordered a character cake for my sons first birthday. My mother picked up the cake and really didn’t check it and when I got the cake in front of me I didn’t feel like it was what I understood I was getting and I felt really disappointed. I ordered a cake from Kailey’s for my best friend’s birthday, and it was such a big hit! The customer service was above and beyond, they made every part of the ordering/pick up process so easy.
