Apparently the McAlister’s in Cool Springs is under new management. They are cutting back on toppings and sauces … if you request a normal amount … you will be charged … there was hardly any chicken on the potato and I had to pay 55 cents for an additional chipotle sauce for my baked potato … that’s after spending $32 for two to dine. I asked for a refill on my strawberry lemonade and there was an extra cost for the strawberry puree they pump into the drink. They are going to tarnish what is normally a great dining experience.

Wait time for food was a bit excessive. This was my personal experience. There were people that showed up after and received their before. When I asked about my order it was simply they're working on it. After 30 min it was ready according to the manager but the server said otherwise. I ended up opting for a refund.
It was disgusting. The cashier sweated all over the place. He wiped his sweat off of his head and then grabbed our drinks. He served food and clean tables. He never washed his hands or wore gloves. Never going to the Cool Springs Galleria McCallister's ever again.

At 6pm they apparently had no baked potatoes (which really was the only thing I wanted). I chose something else and was overcharged. I pointed it out several times but it didn't matter. The cashier (Cashier #3) did not care nor did he try to make it right. I swear I was overcharged for a regular sized drink. NOT happy. Check your order and check what they're charging you here. $16.11
