“Kat and her team with the catering department went above and beyond for our team. We were on a very tight time limit and somehow, she worked it out so that we were out within our given timeframe. The food looked and tasted amazing, and the wait staff were quick and attentive. We will definitely be coming back!“
“During our visit we were promptly seated upon arrival, thanks to our reservation with OpenTable. Our waitress was attentive from greeting through departure. Our glasses were never empty. The food came out in a timely fashion and was delicious. Our only issue was that in the section we were in, the seating for our table of two was closely placed between two tables of four. This would not have been an issue if the family to one side had made their children behave a bit better, but that is not the fault of the Public House except for on the closeness of the seating. I would still eat here again and I would recommend the Coal Town Public House to friends looking for a nice evening out, but maybe not to families with young children.“
“Healthy food for the whole family. Great options for our 4 and 6 year old (power plate). Service can be a bit slow but the food it worth it! We love the smoothies as a treat, and the salads/bowls/wraps (southwest grilled chicken) for entrees.“
“The menu selections at 1799 were varied enough to satisfy many palates and sophistication levels. We started with the pork belly and spinach salad as a starter both of which were delicious and beautifully plated. My husband had the seared Halibut and I chose the Scallops as our entrees and both were exceptional in taste, temperature and presentation. Oh, don't let me forget to mention the exquisite, freshly baked popovers which were served with the first course and available throughout the meal. Nicole was our Server and enhanced our evening with not only her charming presence but her knowledge of the menu and wine offerings and exquisite table side manner. A true gem of a restaurant in charming Franklin, Tennessee. The Garrett's“
“Decent restaurant located in Franklin tn. I arrived at about 630. It was very busy and there seemed to be a wait. I was told there was a 15min wait to be seated. As a single diner I should've been offered the bar to avoid wait. So I suggested it myself and they replied "go ahead".My initial impression of this place was that it was going to be a prime steakhouse. (I just went in blind). It turns out to be something like a Applebee's kinda vibe.My food was seasoned well. Food quality was moderate. Bartender was very sweet and attentive even though she had alot going on. I would return here, prices were standard and what you would expect. Photos below.“
“A great neighborhood pub!! We live in the Leipers Fork area and it's so nice to have a little pub away from the chaos of Cool Springs and Nashville. Scouts is tucked in the West Haven community in Franklin. The vibe is really relaxed and inviting. The food, drinks and service are all top notch. Nice menu, lots of fun and delicious choices. From their burgers & fries and fish & chips to their fresh and flavor filled salads, it all just so yummy! Great staff too! The service is so genuine. Frank is an amazing manager, he is constantly running food & drinks, giving great recommendation and checking in with every guest through their stay. So engaging! He is truly is an asset for Scouts! Mitch & Micheal are both fantastic bartenders, very friendly and attentive to all their guest, no matter how busy it gets.We love this little pub! Andy Marshall once again knocks it out of the culinary park. Thanks for creating a sweet little gem for us all to enjoy. Look forward to going back again & again. Scouts honor!! Yum & Cheers!“
“I don’t normally post reviews about restaurants in Hotels but damn! the food was so good! It’s a small, hand-crafted menu and the portion sizes are perfect. Consider a nice cocktail and a few appetizers with friends in the very stylish lounge. Would come back just for the food.“
“We had a really good experience here for the first time. It was crowded as it is a popular place to both grab lunch but also pick up your larger catering orders, so make sure to leave some time for waiting on a table to open up at lunch time. The portions were substantial for lunch. My husband got the fish tacos with two sides and I got the grilled chicken with two sides. It was a nice break from chain restaurants and over-priced signature lunch establishments in the area. It was also affordable considering how expensive it can be to eat in Franklin. Overall a great experience with fresh food and good atmosphere.“
“This place is a GEM! The food was incredibly well thought out and delicious, the atmosphere was lovely mid day on a Thursday and our server DJ was out of this world kind, bubbly, and full of advice to cover all our needs while in Nashville. Hard round of applause!“
