The staff here was so helpful. The manager was so friendly. It was so nice to experience excellent customer service. They went out of their way to answer my questions. I never felt rushed or like a nuisance even though it was during the morning rush. The coffee was amazing as usual!
Pretty sure this Starbucks survives by being in a nice area, because it's definitely not for staff knowledge or good tasting drinks. Order taker did not know which flavor options were dairy-free and neither did whoever she asked, so for safety sake I ordered a plain coffee with almond milk. That was literally the worst tasting coffee I've ever had. Then we had to wait 15 minutes for my boyfriend's cold coffee.
