22 minutes for a $7 coffee. Didn’t even get it because I ran out of time. I mean, I did leave 30 minutes to get to my next appointment. As of this writing (34 minutes after order) my app has yet to ping the box that asks me to leave a tip. Tip? here’s one. hire more people. But fret not, the barista has zero f’s to give as she instructed me to get back in line to cancel. Nope. Take my money. I guess I understand what some businesses act like when they get to great.

This Starbucks is right by my school so I tend to go swing by after classes for coffee. I typically stick to something simple because almost every single time, my coffee is wrong. If I do modifications I swear they will miss every, single, one. I'm usually pretty reasonable and just deal with their mistakes because the location is convenient. Today I ordered a skinny latte with almond milk. Seems pretty simple, right? Well upon getting my drink I could tell the syrup was the regular syrup, not sugar free. I thought about going back but decided it wasn't worth the hassle. Well now I am sitting at work really wishing I had gone back because they clearly did NOT use almond milk. I am extremely sick at my desk from the regular milk they put in my drink. I would think that as a coffee shop they would know that milk specifications are not always just a "personal drink preference" rather a situation where dairy can not be digested. So, if you are like me and are lactose intolerant either double check with them or go somewhere else if you don't want to end up sick.

I decided to go on a Sunday mid morning. Apparently that was a big mistake as the line in store was 20 people deep and drive thru was wrapped outside the strip. My drink arrived 25 minutes later completely wrong. I ordered a decaf espresso with oatmilk and was given oatmilk over ice, no coffee. I was super nice and said it wasn't made correctly, it should have 4 shots coffee. I was given a new drink 10 minutes later with 2 shots espresso. At this point I just left and went home to repair my overpriced drink.
This is one of the best stores. Staff and coffee is always amazing! The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure that every customer feels welcome and satisfied. The quality of the coffee is exceptional, with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. Whether you prefer a strong and bold espresso or a creamy and indulgent latte, this store has it all. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee fills the air, creating an inviting and cozy atmosphere. With comfortable seating, it's the perfect place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee.

They must not be washing the blenders. The non-coffee drinks taste like coffee. Second time at this location that this happened. Don't order a frappuccino they are awful and bitter!
