They were even nice enough to give me a thorough tour of the place, showing me the process of making the beer, and all their storage and organization. Now, the beer itself;The beer is phenomenal. Half-Batch has somehow made something fresh and exciting in the vast, well-explored world of beer, and have managed to create a menu with lots of choices that all taste interesting. The pepper beer, for example, is a peculiar experience, that engages and challenges your pallette in the best way. I didn't personally like it, even when a lot of others do, but I still find it great that they are experimenting with flavor. The staff also presented me with lots of taste tests, so I could try most of the stuff on the menu.All in all, great place that anyone should visit if they are in the area.“
