While I can see that you guys miss me and appreciate the wholesome outreach, I am not interested in opening my front door to find random pizza from Dominos. I am leaving this review at my nearest location. This was the second time in just a couple months that I received my neighbors pizza (along with breadstick knots and Alfredo). And it was sitting out for 5 hours apparently (per the receipt left) by the time I found it, so its not like I could eat it. My apartments have duplicate door numbers, but different street address numbers. We also have plenty of street signs indicating where the street address numbers are located. Please train your drivers on how to read street signs. This food wasnt cheap for my neighbor, and I shouldnt have to repeatedly discard orders of food randomly left at my doorstep. Thanks.

Overcharged. Overcooked. Ran out of tots & didn’t tell me until they arrived at my door. Refused to issue refund, store credit only. Manager was argumentative & poorly trained. Could not explain excessive charges, just said “must have been the extra cheeses” well, one extra cheese topping doesn’t equal $4.50 Problem was never resolved. Will call corporate next. No, I don’t have time to worry with this, but I have no tolerance for poor customer service & managers who cannot answer questions. Just seeking explanation and my $4.50 refund, the tots refund would be nice too. I would have appreciated them reaching out, house full of kids to feed & they just thought they would tell me at the door my order was actually not fulfilled!

I picked up a pizza on 11/20:2023 at 10:53pm. The lady that took care of us was unfriendly, she looked upset and when thanked her and wished her a good night she just closed the window (no answer, no acknowledgment, just upset). I then knocked on the window because I forgot to ask for ranch and red pepper. After I paid for the items, I again thanked her and like before she closed the window visibly upset! We got home and Although the pizza was suppose to me a large pizza, it looked more like a medium. The pizza tasted good but for sure I would NOT recommend this pizza place not I would again pizza from here.My advice, if it bothers you for customers to order pizza, you should NOT be working there.

That was simply one of the worst pizzas I ever had. Bought an XL pepperoni, sausage, black olive and mushroom because of a 50% off sale. Most ended in the trash. My wife and I agreed, it was terrible. Frozen grocery store pizza is better.Service was fine. It was ready when requested and staff was very polite.

This is the fourth time I’ve ordered from them an requested extra extra sauce as well as paid for extra sauce.. even called and stated we never get extra sauce and if they could please make sure we got extra sauce.

Normally I would rate this location a 4 to 5. This last time the thin crust pizza was dry and lacking the proper amount of topping. As always the help was very helpful and friendly. Will still go back.
