O'Charley's used to be a pretty nice restaurant but now it seems that they just serve fried food. I mean they've got the random this or that but the place is nothing like it used to be. Sad too used to like to go there about once a week.

We ordered pick up. We got there right as order should be ready and texted here as instructed. We were in a big red tundra. Another vehicle pulled in shortly after and the server immediately came out with their food. She went back in for something else for them and came back. Neither time she did not acknowledge me. After waiting 15 minutes, I went in. She finally came up for my name and had the food waiting. When I asked why they didn't bring it out, She proceeded to say she didn't know we were there and didn't get the text. Looking at her monitor, my truck was easily up front. And how did she not see us there waiting? They weren't busy. We gave a 15% tip for awful service. Won't be tipping no more.

We waited over 30 minutes to get our drink and order taken. Our appetizers came cold and under cooked. No service besides to take our order and we still waited about a hour for that. And we had to ask for a refill.Cochroaches crawling on the wall.Some serious training on service is needed at this location.
