I don't know whats going on at the Gallatin location but when u have a almost daily issue with not making enough of a item u would think u would increase how many u make I havent been to another store that's told me they are out on multiple items in the middle of the day but it seems s like Gallatin location don't care where I'm to the point don't even wanna go there no more cause Everytime I its becoming the same outcome it's really disappointing

When I'm in Gallatin, I sometimes stop at Panera's for the bacon chicken chipotle pizza. At the register, I placed my order, paid, and went to wait for the order. But after 10 minutes, l was told they no longer had the bacon chipotle chicken pizza on the menu anymore. So I asked for a refund. I explained how I really loved this pizza only. The manager heard me and she was so sweet. She said to me that although they no longer made this pizza, she would personally make one for me. She made my day. This is great customer service. She didn't have to go out of her way.

This location is always out of something. They have even been out of BREAD a few times, it's in the name of your restaurant! They were out of the cheese for my sandwich this time and tried to charge extra for the substitute, wth?

I definitely will NOT be coming back here!!! Not only were they out of alot but whoever was working at the pick up counter on 2/1/24 around 6:30pm is straight up RUDE!!! We placed an order on the kiosk to dine in and when we got the text message saying its ready my husband went to the pick up counter to get it. This little girl had the nastiest attitude as my husband was telling the name on the order. She kept going back and forth with him saying the name shows “P” as if she couldn’t comprehend the P stands for Panera. She then constantly shouts out the entire order over and over as my husband is standing there telling her it’s ours. Im not really sure why she thinks we needed to lie about our food but for whatever reason she had, it is not okay to accuse customers of lying! After all that we finally got our food and of course it was super cold!!

Always friendly and attentive to the customers. I have visited several Panara's and this one is the best.

You aren’t greeted by the 3 workers at the counter talking to each other and have to use a dirty kiosk. The entire place was FILTHY and the food was disgusting. Their pizza and soup at the grocery store taste better and are cheaper. The pizza had no sauce and barely any cheese. The salad was covered in dressing and pepper. Panera Bread restaurants are a thing of the past if they don’t pull it together. Definitely won’t ever be back.

It used to be such great food before the rebranding. It's extremely overpriced for not very great food now. I have happy memories of getting great salads and sandwiches from here and am always sad when I think about how lowered the quality is going here now.

Waited 15 minutes at drive through with only 2 cars. I ordered the Oatmeal.Got to work and it was the worst oatmeal I’ve ever eaten. It’s always great here but today was a joke!!

We enjoyed a nice dinner of soup and sandwiches at this Panera. The manager was so friendly and accommodating. There was a little issue with the kiosk and she not only took care of it but gave us a little extra. Since it was a quiet evening, she came out to our table to check in and chat. The staff were also friendly.

Went in the other day. 3+ hours before closing. There was nothing, I mean absolutely nothing on the front pastry counter and nothing in the bagel/bread baskets behind the counter. The lady that finally made her way to the counter acted like we were enemies for even coming in and bothering her. Cool, we left. Maybe a fluke or a bad day, I try to understand. About a week later, I come back to the drive thru to get some breakfast for the fam. At 9am they are out of half of what I asked for. How can Panera, a bakery that makes and sells its own baked goods be out of croissants at 9am? I ask if they are making anymore and he laughs and says no. Ridiculous question apparently. Cool, I get what little they do have available because I'm already in line and blocked by cars so now I'm forced to wait anyway. Finally get to the window and the guy yells at me, "$47.23!" like he's pissed I even exist in his world. No "hi" or "good morning", no "thanks for your patience and understanding that we just opened but have nothing available", just that general feeling of, "why are you here, haven't you learned yet?!" I have learned. Almost $50 for 2 bagels a sandwich and 3 drinks with a healthy side portion of unavailability and borderline hostility from the employees. Customer service is dead and its places like this Panera that continue to do us the favor of desensitizing us to bad businesses run by bad people that hire bad employees to dole out bad experiences. This review is not for this Panera. They clearly don't care and won't change. This review is for us, the customers that have the power to shut these places down from lack of business. We have to stop supporting these god awful businesses that treat customers like an afterthought and inconvenience. We force change with our wallets. We can't keep letting this garbage slide.
