I had just moved to town and saw this taco truck around the corner from my house. Y'all...it's so good. Tacos are cooked to order. I got the tacos al pastor and you could really taste the marinade used on the pork. There is some basic outdoor seating as well. There are other things on the menu besides tacos and I'm looking forward to trying it all. Be aware though, that it is cash only!
Rico's has been in Gallatin for years but never entered into Yelp. They serve basic Mexican street food right off of the main drag near downtown. Serving lunch and dinner, a taco craving is easily satisfied. The tacos may be small but they are also only $1.75 each so you won't break the bank ordering a bunch. Fresh made for each order. Enjoy!
