Rico’s Tacos is he real deal authentic Mexican “street food” tacos.After moving to Tennessee years ago from SoCal, I found an extreme lack of the authentic tastes of real Mexican tacos… Rico’s filled that void in my life!It’s a small trailer kitchen with a walk up window; fresh double 4” tortilla’s filled with your choice of several meats; carne asada (steak), Al Pastor, carnitas, and my favorite - de lengua.There are other things on the menu as well, but it’s a taco stand… get the tacos!For the true authentic taste, tell them Mexican style (no cheese). Two sauces to choose from, green or red; get them both and you decide which you like best, and go easy with it at first… you can add more!For 20 bucks, my wife, grandson and I can fill up on the best tacos in Sumner county!

I had just moved to town and saw this taco truck around the corner from my house. Y'all...it's so good. Tacos are cooked to order. I got the tacos al pastor and you could really taste the marinade used on the pork. There is some basic outdoor seating as well. There are other things on the menu besides tacos and I'm looking forward to trying it all. Be aware though, that it is cash only!

Rico's has been in Gallatin for years but never entered into Yelp. They serve basic Mexican street food right off of the main drag near downtown. Serving lunch and dinner, a taco craving is easily satisfied. The tacos may be small but they are also only $1.75 each so you won't break the bank ordering a bunch. Fresh made for each order. Enjoy!
