Jan Brady who has owned this fabulous store and cafe for 21 years, makes her dishes from scratch. The food was so outstanding, I asked her how she learned to make such delicious food. Jan said that she grew up in the mountains of Virginia and just makes these offerings as she cooks for herself. It's vegan, gluten-free, and couldn't be taster or healthier, preservative free. I bought the lentil burger with a side of potato salad. Absolutely delicious. There are tons of other vegan products you can buy in the store. Best place in Gatlinburg to eat or if you need any vegan products.
