“Without a doubt the best ribs anywhere in the southeast. Fall off the bone and the rib sauce was out of this world. The sweet potato casserole was the bomb too. Good salad bar also. The staff, waiters and waitresses were kind and friendly. Reasonable prices !!!! I myself will eat there again and again every time I visit.”

“We had dinner at Howard’s last night (8-13). We had a beautiful table over looking the water. Our waitress was great. I wish I had remembered her name but was she was from Romania. We were a party of 4, 3 had the ribeye and 1 the filet. All were cooked perfectly. It was a nice way to celebrate my partners birthday! Thanks again for a nice evening!”

“The food at The Baht Restaurant was absolutely excellent. Every dish we ordered was full of flavor, perfectly seasoned, and incredibly tasty. You can truly tell that care and authenticity go into their cooking. It is honestly the closest to authentic Thai food I’ve had in Tennessee so far. The ingredients tasted fresh, the balance of flavors was spot on, and the spice level was done right—not overwhelming, but flavorful and true to Thai cuisine. The presentation was also nice, and everything came out hot and well-prepared. If you are looking for real Thai food rather than Americanized versions, this place is a great choice. The quality of the food alone is worth the visit, and I would absolutely come back again and recommend it to anyone who loves authentic, delicious Thai food.”

“We tried Bennett’s BBQ in Gatlinburg for the first time and boy was it great. The salad bar was fresh, clean and delicious. The bbq was amazing. We got the sampler platter. The highlight of our lunch was definitely our server Alisha. She’s been at Bennett’s for over 10 yrs and you could definitely tell. She gave us some history on the restaurant, she pointed us in the right direction for some attractions but most importantly she was a wonderful server. She kept our drinks full and our table clean. We will definitely be back to see Alisha and enjoy some more delicious food.”

“We didn't know what we were planning on eating today after shopping. The guy at the corner said best steak in Tennessee. After we shopped and was walking back to our hotel we decided to give it a try. I am disabled and walk with a cane so we did the drive incline and a few steps. We got seated and Stone was there to get our drink orders. I always choose a sirloin but, none on the menu, Stone provided his top 3 with his favorite being minion. We went with that and was not led wrong very good meal, good price and wonderful service,”

“We visited the Log Cabin Pancake House while staying in Gatlinburg, and it was one of the best experiences of our trip! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted so warmly. The whole place has such a cozy, true cabin feel that makes you feel right at home. Our waitress, Ginger, was an absolute 10/10. She was so sweet, attentive, and even took the time to interact with my boys in such a genuine way. As a mom, that meant so much to me — especially since my son Samir is autistic and mostly nonverbal. She made us all feel comfortable, cared for, and welcome. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy, and the service was truly the best we had on our entire trip. Thank you for such a wonderful breakfast and memory. “BEST cider and customer service you’ll ever get!! Family owned business with hands down the most amazing cider you’ll ever try!!! We first visited Tennessee Cider Co in May 2025 and were wowed with their amazing cider tasting. We purchased 3 bottles to take home to Texas and instantly regretted not bringing more home. We recently visited again in December 2025, and we knew we had to make Tennessee Cider Co one of our first stops. Cider Dan provided above and beyond service and we left with 6 bottles this time! Every cider flavor they have is truly delicious, but our favorites are hands down the pineapple, peach, golden apple, and cider donut.

“We flew in from Washington state, starting our trip in Nashville, then Pigeon Forge and decided to spend one of our last days in Gatlinburg. On a whim, stopped at Waffle De Lys. The pictures on the menu looked yummy, but most of the time the food doesn’t look like the pictures. That wasn’t the case here! The waffle came out looking just like the picture. Now for the taste. It was hands down the best thing I had in Tennessee!! Best waffle I’ve ever had in my life! The toppings were amazing. I had the oh la la. The waffle itself is different than any other waffle. I can’t even describe it, but it’s delicious! I finished it and realized I didn’t even take a photo of the beautiful creation! The only thing I’m bummed about is that I didn’t find this place sooner! If we’re ever back in Tennessee, I would drive out of my way to stop here! Great, friendly customer service too!”

“We went there around Easter and for the first time we explored this part of Gatlinburg. I will tell you all the shops are super cute but the locals that own and work in these are so personable. I met Olga and although I can’t have cinnamon my three kids and husband loved them. They are huge, warm, and gooey and they lived them. I will be stopping in every trip.”

“Me and my soon to be wife was walking the strip of Gatlinburg and then boom there it was the glowing shiny sparkly ect tropical smoothie cafe and it like we dropped in the Bahamas children smiling smoothies everywhere full of joy then I sit down as I give my soon to be wife my wallet to buy our food then it hit me like a ton of bricks I may get my wallet back and be drop dead broke but I was willing to take that risk to taste the best smoothie and possibly the best chicken quesadilla on the planet and as I sit the I can smell the sweet aroma of the chicken being grilled and almost taste the smoothie but as I'm lost in the sweet dreams aroma I'm suddenly brought back to reality and my darling fiancee sits down and brings me back to earth and now it's finally time the Bahama Mama smoothie is sitting in front of me and I open the box to my chick quesadilla and as I gently pick up my first piece of my chicken quesadilla it almost threw my mouth I can almost taste it and then it happens...... “it was a first time for us and i was absolutely amazed at all of the different items available and the amount of knowledge about the products. the guy in the store was very nice and extremely patient with all of my questions considering i’m a lover of coffee and the whole tea thing is new for me! i am going to experiment with the many different recipes they have available and some of the spices and really neat sugars that are in the store. my husband is excited to try out the bourbon honey!! if i was to recommend one thing it would be daily tea samples for us Java Junkies to explore!! overall i was very pleased with the staff, service and i’m excited to try some tea!!! keep up the great work and we will be back to see you in Gatlinburg!!! we even found a local pottery store called the potter and the park that sells “tea jars”.”

“We stopped in for lunch today. Actually, this place was the reason we drove out there in the first place. The Shepherd’s Pie and the Poacher’s Roll were excellent. “This is a good quick breakfast option if you're staying at the resort. Order at the counter and they bring it to your table. The meat sandwiches on bagel, english muffin or croissant are a good bet, and come with potatoes. My wife enjoyed her egg white omelete and fruit plate meals. The coffee drinks were enjoyed as well. The staff was all friendly and the food came out quick. See my photos and judge for yourself - it all tasted good to us! Recommended.”

“I stayed on the 14th floor. The view was spectacular; the fall foliage at its peak. The food was fair. The bed was very comfortable. The room attendants were great; we always had fresh towels.
They have started charging for parking, which was new since my last visit. That really gets expensive if you have a large group.”

“It was my daughters birthday and she wanted Cicis pizza. The staff was very nice and friendly with my kids. I must say this was one of the cleanest Cici's pizza I've been in to date. The pizza is pretty good and the girl working was willing to make any style we wanted. She made my daughter a dutch apple dessert pizza. The supreme pizza I ate was really good. I'd say my daughter was very satisfied with her birthday pick. I would definitely recommend this location. Much better than the Pigeon Forge location. Great staff, clean and good pizza.”

The fried ice cream was a big hit with the family. The restaurant is centrally located which makes it nice to walk to during a cool evening. The food could use a little more spice. The salsa did not have any spice but the cheese dip did have a little bit I'd spice. The food spice level is definitely kid friendly. The staff are friendly.”
