Our pretzel dogs were good, but soda machine was out of all non diet sodas. Worker tried to change, took over 10-15 minutes of waiting, and we finally just asked for a water, as our pretzels were getting cold.
We weren’t too hungry so we were just getting a snack for dinner, our hotel is across the street from here so we went there. We got pretzels, the bottoms were so hard you couldn’t eat them, just tough and dried out. Terrible

Only a full mailbox to not be able to confirm if the order I placed was on schedule. Called customer service. Spoke to a guy named Corey who was equally worthless and unprofessional. Currently on hold for a supervisor to recover my money.
