I'm giving it 5 because they deserve it. However, they do need more staff, especially on weekends. Only 1 girl was work and I felt bed cause there was such a long line. The coffee was amazing and the Chai is the best I've ever had. Such a cute little shop too!
I live in Florida and have had orders shipped to me and have placed orders from Florida and picked them up on the day I save in Gatlinburg. The Vermont Maple is great. Can not comment on there food never ate there.

Stopped here twice when we were recently in Gatlinburg. Had the spinach quiche both times. Excellent! Warmed up in microwave even better. Great selection of coffees and lattes. Would recommend!
