The beer was good, not overly crowded. Pizza was delish! If you like flat bread pizza try the califlour crust, it is so good and you cannot taste the difference.

Food was good, pizza & wings. When its the only place open at 10:30pm its great.
My fiancé and I went white water rafting and our guide actually recommending GBC to eat at, afterwards. We were not disappointed! The pizzas were delicious and I appreciated that the menu gives you the ability to build your own pizza. Highly recommend to anyone that loves pizza.

Wide variety of local beers. The husband enjoyed that more than myself. We shared a pizza and it was the perfect size. It came out quick and was pretty good. They were super busy with a few large parties so there wasn’t a lot of places to sit. I don’t think I ever saw anyone came to service our table or ask for refills. I’m not totally sure if they even do that. You ordered at the bar when you came in.

Nothing to write home about. The 3 of us each got a specialty pizza, nothing special on any of them. Service was fine, but you order at the counter, so wait staff really doesn't have to do much. It felt a bit chaotic in there, but given the location and touristy nature of the area, it wasn't unexpected. Food was pretty "meh".

Fantastic service and friendly staff, plus the best cauliflower gluten free pizza I’ve ever had! It’s cooked in a real pizza oven too, beautifully crispy thin crust and super fast cooking time. Plus a great selection of ciders on tap, canned and bottled. Music and atmosphere are also perfect (mid 20s to 30s folks will feel right at home, plus a great bar with sports on the TVs for the 40s and up crowd that want to catch a game without the cramped-ness of some of the other nearby bars). 5 stars! This is our go-to bar every time we come to Gatlinburg now.Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options - our go-to pizza in gatlinburg!
It was super close to the coasters and we were starving from all the walking The pizzas, hot sticks, beer were so good that it ended our night perfectly. The waitress was hustling by herself and she still did a stellar job. The view is also a unique view of the strip with a huge glass wall window.

I did a beer flight. The samples I had were all solid but none of them were great. Did not order any food. I agree with one of the other reviewers that having to pay for water at a brew pub is totally bogus if not irresponsible.
Nice pizza place near the edge of downtown Gatlinburg. Lots of pizza options, and it wasn't too busy. Service was great.

If you want to go have some local beers this might be the place, but if you don't like their beer and want a normal brand or want go mainly for food don't come here. The wait staff is nice enough but it's bottled water and sodas only. You have to seat yourself and order at the bar and the personal sized pizzas are mediocre at best. The crust was good but most toppings aren't fresh. For parking they apparently have some for free but lot across the street is $20 and parking garage is $10. Just like most the stuff in this town mediocre quality for tourist pricing.

We went into this place only to try the beer, but ended up ordering the wings and hot sticks too! It was all great, and the bartenders and waitstaff were very attentive. The place is cool, with a rustic style bar and good view of the street and entrance to downtown Gatlinburg. Awesome place with great brews and hot food!
