We had a group of 6 and as a result were charged a “large group gratuity”. I didn’t see this added to our bill and the waitress didn’t say anything after I handed her another cash tip so she ended up with a $73 tip on a $168 bill. This was the only place that charged our family that large group gratuity. Lesson learned to always be on the lookout for these adders.
Menu need to have more options. Service was extremely slow and the band was ok compared to others nearby.

Delicious food, the best tater tots I've ever had, and the awesome sauce was awesome. We got burgers and drinks with the souvenir cups. Eating dinner at this restaurant made us feel much better about our Gatlinburg trip than eating lunch at the Burg steakhouse did. Apparently southern fried chicken was an option, but we didn't see it on the menu when ordering or I probably would have gotten that.

JIMMY was our waitress and so sweet! Chelsea started us out then Jimmy finished our experience! Both ladies were very accommodating and sweet...(and damn nice to look at ) Tennessee sweetness! Come check them out! AARON WALKER performed and all I can say is WOW! This guy is the next biggest star coming out of east Tennessee! We were lucky that such an awesome entertainer was there for our visit! Best time I've ever had in east tn!

I cannot say enough great things about this place! My husband was excited to try it for obvious reasons and it did not disappoint!! The food was amazing and the drinks were perfect. Our server was so sweet and very attentive. Customer service in this establishment is also top notch! I misplaced my wallet and they went above and beyond to help me relocate it, saving my whole vacation. I'll go back here every time we visit!
