We were asked at least 3 times how many were in our party before being seated. The menu is very limited, not many choices. The chicken strips were not good, tasted like they had been freezer burned and then put in the microwave. The waitress was friendly but not as attentive as I would have liked. The turkey club was decent. The sweet tea was funky.

Loved my experience at Shoney’s Gatlinburg; I’m a sucker for a good buffet and this certainly delivered! Becky was a fantastic server who made sure me and my group were all good to go; great spot for some good food!

We ate breakfast here when other places nearby were 1 and 2 hour waits. We waited about 15 to 20 minutes. The food, while basic, was hot and fresh. The staff did a great job getting people in and out quickly and with a smile!I only wish they had more healthy breakfast items. But, I also understand that most people want the basic staples they offer. It's a small space, but the setup works. I loved the ramp vs stairs, up to the buffet with my bad knee, after walking all weekend around town.Great job to the staff, all smiles, they cleared the tables quickly and kept things moving. Efficient, nice and friendly!

Visited Shoney’s before we headed to Ober. It was a bit pricey for 2 people and the breakfast buffet being pretty simple, but they had the items we liked.

We came in to get away from the crowd streets. We had the hamburger very fresh and good. I had the onion rings and the my were delicious. Highly recommended. Sometimes the old but goods are the best.

service was fine, but there are only about 3 menu items outside of the buffet so there isn't much service to be had. menu prices are insane. $14 for a low quality buffet + $3.50 for a beverage??. you're up to about a $20 meal for one of the worst meals you'll ever have in your life. ambiance is terrible. the main strip in gatlinburg is overcrowded and has poor infrastructure management. want to drive and park here? about $15-$20 parking. not even the ad in rick and morty can save this place

Very small restaurant. You sit on lower level & if you eat from the buffet you have to go up a ramp upstairs to fix your plates. Plus the restroom is upstairs.Waitress was very nice. The food was good. Thought it was a bit high for lunch buffet.
