Atmosphere is great, obviously because you are on top of a mountain. Just eat somewhere else before coming up. The food was edible and filled your belly. The brisket tasted like it came out of crock pot.

Wrapping up our day at Anakeesta with a visit to the smokehouse was an absolute treat. The food exceeded our expectations in both flavor and quality. The meat was expertly smoked, falling right off the bone with that perfect smokiness that you crave in good barbecue. The mac and cheese was exceptionally creamy, striking just the right balance of cheese and comfort. The beans were packed with flavor, complementing the meal perfectly, and the cornbread was so authentically homemade, it felt like a warm hug on a plate.Dining outside added another layer to the experience, offering us a panoramic 360-degree view of Gatlinburg's charming landscape, the serene countryside, and the majestic mountains that frame the view. As the sun dipped below the horizon, the transformation of the skyline was magical. The city lights began to twinkle, casting a whole new vibe over the scene, turning the evening ambiance into something truly spectacular. It was more than just a meal; it was a memorable experience that blended great food with breathtaking views.
Views and food were great. The Mountain Mac & Cheese was the best thing on the menu. Service was ?SLOW?…like your food will get cold waiting to checkout slow. I’m not sure why they only have one cashier at every single restaurant/gift shop place there.

The view!!!! The food was good but the drinks were even better!!!! The staff there was extremely nice and recommended the best they had to offer. I would recommend and I would go again.

Anna was an amazing server! However, the hostess, believe her name was either Numfah or Sky, was easily the rudest and most disrespectful person we have ever met. I can't believe the way she treated us. We will never come back. If it wasn't for my hungry 2 year old we would have left on the spot.
Food was not good unfortunately. $70 for two people and we were attacked by yellow jackets the whole time ? the potato salad is disgusting

The staff was trying hard, but the industrial fans keeping down the heat made it difficult to hear and respond to them. It would be nice to move the ordering into an air conditioned space so that staff could be both more comfortable and understood. I had the nachos, which were akin to the quality of a steak nacho bell grande from taco bell. However, you do get a boatload for the price. I sampled the pork mac n cheese, which was also very meh. However, the pavilion does have stunning views.
