Love Chicken Salad Chick. For a delicious and nutritious lunch Chicken Salad Chick is the best! The general manager, Emily is so caring to make sure the restaurant runs well. Go have some Jalapeno Holly! Super yummy with a touch of bite.

I don't know what's happened. Food is not as good as it used to be, and bread is often stale - which I'm guessing is why they often toast their sandwiches.

Super fresh chicken salad with great flavors!! We love CSC and this time didn’t disappoint.Great service by Ellen and the crew as well. Fun, bright, friendly atmosphere.
First time trying this place out and I love the salad! We placed an online order waited a lil longer for our food to be ready. Passed the pick up time and they forgot to give us our mac n cheese. I should've checked the bag before we left. We don't live close so we didn't bother to get it back. Oh well.

I stopped in Friday evening June 30th around 5:30pm to grab a large tub of Classic Carol. They didn't have any in the cooler so I went to the cashier. I was shocked when the cashier told me they were out. The cashier was very apologetic but sounds like management needs training on how to plan accordingly. It's like going to KFC and them being out of chicken!!

Aside from the fact that the staff doesn't double check tickets when they run food out (bringing food with missing items, utensils, not prepared correctly, all of which happened today and frequently) the main problem I've encountered multiple times is a woman named Stacey. She has a major attitude and acts like working with the public is literally going to kill her... I get it and if that's the way she feels, maybe BOH would suit her better OR even another job where she doesn't deal with people all day. I digress.. she brought my food out today without a fork so I asked her for one and she stood behind me and said and I quote "driving me f**king crazy." Not in a playful tone but in an angry tone under her breath. I heard you sis. This is not the first time she has acted this way, today I was hoping she wouldn't be the one taking my order because of previous experiences. Anyways she throws down a fork for me, so alas I got to eat my food. 2 stars because the food is alright. Take a look at your staff though.And while I'm at it, every single table had plates on it I had to move some plates to sit down to eat and they never got picked up the entire time that I was there and I was there for a while because it took a really long time for the food to come out.

Just tried to get food from Chicken Salad Chick (Germantown), with no success. Made a sizable mobile order; go to pick it up, and was told, "it's not quite ready" (after the phone rang 7 times and they asked my name twice).Pulled over and waited 20 more minutes...called again (asked name twice again) and was told, "it will be right out".5 minutes later, (after watching food come out of the store for 25 minutes) I go in and don't see my order because they had never even started my food. The ticket was sitting on the counter. No manager on duty, just two young girls who appeared to be about 16, and two guys (no hair coverings) in the back.Turns out that someone had marked my order "complete" without it ever being made. I understand mistakes, but never, ever lie to a customer's face about your error. Sad way to run a business, especially one that is as pricey as that one is. Not the first time I have had bad service, but the first time I was lied to, and found no manager there.
