I can give some reviews on Chinese dishes. The first few recommended dishes are braised pork rice and Beijing duck. They have pretty good chefs and the food is pretty good. I saw some reviews say they use the MSG, so they are unsatisfied...... I am really confused, what's the problem with people nowadays? Only reading propaganda? Like others, this is our go-to Chinese restaurant in the area. I believe the owners are Taiwanese as there are a ton of Taiwanese style dishes on the menu. Speaking of which, we've never had any of the American style Chinese dishes on the menu so if that's your thing, I can't help with that. But their traditional ("authentic") dishes are all quite good... and not just Memphis good either. Hands down best Chinese food in Memphis. The food was hot and fresh , flavorful I could taste every different thing . The crab Rangoon was filled all the way, soup amazing .
