First, the young lady who waited on me, Grace, was very sweet, professional and polite. Ally (spelling) on the other hand, skipped over me as I waited in line behind the young lady in front of me. I would hate to think it was racial, however, Ally would not even look at me. She jumped as the new customer walked in and ran to the counter with a lot of excitement. Ordered a cookie cake from this location for a graduation celebration at my child’s school & was very happy with the customer service I received & the overall decoration of the cookie cake. The employee taking my very specific order was very helpful & ensured me a designer with experience would decorate my order, as it was being used at a school event & I wanted to know it would look great. Ordered a cookie cake which is advertised as being ready in 15minutes but took a hr and half. After waiting a hr and a half my order was wrong. I ask the young lady to read back my order and she saw that she made a mistake she told me I would have to wait another hr and a half to correct it. The service here was very poor needs new staff that actually pays attention to what they are doing instead of being on their phone. I will not be spending my money at this location again.
