Well, the Cubano that was delivered looks nothing like the menu pic (see added photos). I ordered double ham and it looks less than the standard order from their menu pic. All for $12.49. I won't be back. False advertising. My sandwich looks like it is sick. Eating out is dying.

Terrible service and incompetent workers. The male that made my sandwich was the rudest individual I have ever dealt with. Made my sandwich terribly and then wouldn’t apologize.

Bad experience today. In the past this was a great location. The employees today were extremely rude and hostile. They obviously don't like working with their clientele. There was no one in line when I ordered, but 3 people were waiting for their food. The cooks were laughing and yelling, and mostly not preparing the food. An extremely rude female supposedly preparing food would just yell out sandwich numbers, so if you didn't have the number of your particular sandwich you were out of luck. I asked her what kind of sandwiches were ready, she glared at me and screamed out the numbers again, and kept yelling at me. I finally got my order, supposedly 2 sandwiches, and it was wrong. One was a wrap. The girl who took my order wouldn't give me a receipt, so I don't know what she put in as my order. There's no way I was going to take it back. A man waiting also had an incorrect order, twice.The wrap was just a big piled up mess, and the roll the sandwich came on was so hard and stale it was inedible. Due to the attitude of the employees I actually wondered at the safety of even eating the food.Also, the female who was supposed to be taking orders kept leaving the cash register to sweep the floor. People were lining up to order and she kept sweeping. You know, I feel the employees here didn't like serving people who look like me. I have found this happening more and more in the Germantown and Collierville area? Why is this? Maybe employers should as potential employees if they mind dealing with people who look different from them. Anyway, won't go back here

This is the worst Jimmy John's location I've ever experienced. Don't even think about ordering delivery. It will be an hour minimum before you see your food. After 60 minutes, I called the store asking about our order and was told "60 minutes is not a long time, you'll get your food when you get it." And was hung up on before I could respond. Corporate needs to take a look at this management team.

Waited for over 45 minutes for one sandwich (a #1 which takes maybe 30 seconds to make). Absolutely terrible service. Don’t bother coming here expecting freaky fast service.

They have messed more order up on my last 2 visits. Not impressed with service .Parking: Lots of business nearby so parking is sometimes tough. It's a busy spot.

Not only is this place not clean, but the customer service is horrible. Cashier is lazy and can’t use his words to clarify the order despite me repeating the order twice.This location has gotten worse over the past few years with terrible employees and sloppy conditions. Don’t waste your money.

I had a taste for a sub sandwich and decided on your location. Katherine took my order chk 84. The #9 (Italian Club) was my selection. Ordered extra mayo and onions which was discarded. No tomatoes ?, no salt , just a bland nasty tasting sandwich. The staff was far from professional and acted like oh well. My friend recommended you, and she owes me $9.98 for a nasty bland sandwich. I now understand your 3.6 reviews. Do not recommend!

Tried to call in an order. Was placed on hold. After 5 minutes I hung up and called again. Was placed on hold again. Showed up at the restaurant and was still on hold after 13 minutes. I asked if they just placed me on hold to get the phone to quit ringing? The kid at the counter admitted that yeah, that was probably the case. At least he was honest about it.

Love love love Jimmy John’s. Working in construction means I love a sandwich for lunch. At Jimmy John’s I can enjoy a very fresh, tasty sandwich with a bag of homemade potato chips.
