SHOUT OUT TO MCALISTER'S IN GERMANTOWN ?????????????? A sweet customer came in our Kroger store and through my check out line, whom I've never met before. She Blessed me and thanked me for my Amazing customer service which added so much Happy to my already Great day. I decided to stop by MCALISTER'S on my way home after work. Oh boy, was I in for a Great treat. I decided to get their Ultimate Nachos that was soooooo good for my tummy was happy, happy, happy ? I was sad the cashier name was not on my receipt to give her a shout out, but the sweet young girl who took my order at the register at 3:33 pm, was so sweet and friendly. They seem to have had a really great team working together and getting orders out. Thanks so much for helping my Friday to be a Great one

McAlister's Germantown TN is a nice clean restaurant. All the employees are friendly. The food is always fresh and good. People who want to complain about their food and eat half of it and then ask for a refund; are the ones who are taking advantage and costing restaurants to close their doors. If you want free food go to a food pantry. Restaurants have bills to pay NOT TO GIVE AWAY FOOD!!I have been a guest at McAlister's for years and this Germantown TN. location is the BEST!!!!Vegetarian options: The veggie chili is good

McAlister's is known for their loaded spuds and sweet tea (yes, we got both), but customer service is generally hit and miss. NOT THE CASE at this location. From the helpful person at the register to the kind soul who cleared our table, their joy for customer service and their company shined through. I was incredibly impressed and they a genuinely added to our experience with their positive attitudes! I had the spud max and turkey crunch sandwich--both very good. We had no wait at the counter and only a short wait for our food to arrive (order at the counter and seat yourself here!) ambiance is basic--though they were well decorated for Christmas, which we appreciated! Pro Tip: Order on the app if there is a line (there wasn't yesterday) OR snag a table, scan the QR code and order straight from your seat!

The wait took forever for take out, and not only did they serve more than 4 people that ordered after me, but I also ended up getting a refund because they forgot my order amd never even started on it. The wait was more than 15 minutes! And the people that got served before that was taking out also waited more than 15 minutes. The atmosphere was just off as well. And as a black woman I noticed some of the white customers were racist.
Soups and sandwiches are decent at best, at least at the Germantown location. Service has never been great.

I love McAlister's, just not this one. The staff there are obviously not trained. The kitchen staff there have no idea what they are doing. It is not hard to make a wrap. It is not hard to make a sandwich. The poor girl, taking my order did not even know the items on the menu I ordered tomato soup, and they were out of tomato soup. I wanted a side salad. She charged me for something totally different. Overall, it was just a bad experience. Needless to say this, McAllister's location needs some serious help. The staff need to be training thoroughly in order to provide proper service for guest.

Ordered delivery today for lunch. Had a Sub with Black Forest ham, smoked turkey, roast beef, and provolone. It was excellent.

I always receive the best service from Cherry Webb and staff! I LOVE the pecan berry salad, and the sweet smoky chicken sandwich, top it off an ice cold sweet tea!! Yummy!!
