I ordered a chicken frontera sandwich through the app. It was completed at 12:23pm. The staff let the sandwich sit in front of the oven for 22 minutes. After asking for my sandwich, the crew handed me the sandwich that had sat there. They were laughing like playing with people food is a joke. They are usually good about customer service.

Went in to get soup ? for a friend in the hospital, they put bread in the bag unwrapped. How nasty was that, I had to go back and ask for them to wrap the bread, just threw it in the bag on top of the soup. It was the must rudest thing that could have happened. I will never go back. If had not been for the friend in the hospital wanting the soup I would have gotten my money back. And had the nerve to have the register set up for a tip on a to go order. Worst service one could've had. I'm so over this place.

I made the mistake of paying for my coffee prior to making certain they had some. Most of the coffee bins were just putting out a dribble and there was no half and half or even skim milk or almond milk available. The one coffee that had contents was burnt. Once these things were serviced I sat down and drank my coffee with my friends. I noticed that all the tables that were not occupied were dirty. I went to the rest room and it reminded me of a public rest stop on the highway only it smelled worse and had the urinal out of order. I would suggest avoiding this Panara at 7850 Poplar Ave, Germantown, TN 38138, United States if at all possible.Parking: It was less crowed then it used to be. I strongly suspect that if Panara were to shut down that location it would not be a surprise.

My chicken salad only had teo of the tiniest fatiest pieces of chicken i have evee seen, my salad was so drenched in dressing it was soggy, and instead of hazelnit cream cheeze they gavr me onion.
