I had to order my favorite Italian BMT with Artisan Italian baked bread. I thought 6” would do it, but I added a Hot Shot Italian6” for all my needs. OMG a BMT is#1 !!!Parking: Subway Germantown is near Chili’s at Poplar & Exeter. So easy to find, I found itWheelchair accessibility: Need a wheelchair entry ? You’re in like a burglar.

Ordered a regular cheap sub. They charged me the “Ultimate” price. So $10 for a sandwich. I pulled out the coupon they mailed to my house this week. They said they didn’t accept them. I asked if there was any sign posted about them not accepting coupons. They said no, we don’t put up signs for that. Please stop sending me coupons then.

This subway used to be Comically bad, to the point where I stopped going because it was such a hassle to even order my food. But something has changed, there are new hires, some guys who have been there the last few times I’ve been, and they are wonderful. They greeted me upon arrival. The food was perfect, and they knew what they were doing. They were quick and kind. I used to never want to dine in here because it felt like the employees didn’t want us there, but today me and my partner sat and ate our food and felt welcomed. Keep these guys on your team and this Subway might make a comeback for me, even after years of awful service.

Horrible customer service! Very rude! Barely puts veggies in the salad and gets upset when you ask for a little more! Worse place to eat in the area!

Went in for a late lunch. I was immediately greeted. I ordered a salad. The person preparing my food had to turn around and read the menu to see what goes in the salad. Most Subways I have been in chop the salad once all ingredients are added. They did not this time. So I had these large chunks of food in my salad. Ingot the salad to go and was only given a fork. Although the salad tasted ok, it was VERY difficult to eat because the salad needed to be chopped or cut up. I am not sure why they would serve it like that. It was not a pleasant experience.

I went to this location because it’s close by my job. I went with coupons that I received in the mail from SUBWAY. I got there & the lady rudely told me that they don’t except coupons. Now what doesn’t make sense to me is that I have SUBWAY coupons, yet I can’t use SUBWAY coupons at SUBWAY. It’s ridiculous! Especially when your establishment is dead nobody eating there but flies. Maybe if you took coupons you would have some business.

I rarely go to Subway, or any fast food place since I enjoy cooking at home. But I got a coupon in the mail and thought, "why not give them a try." Went to this location. Nothing was posted on the door saying they don't take coupons, which had it been there, I would have not bothered entering the store to begin with. It was only after I had ordered and was ready to pay, that they tell me they don't take coupons. ??‍♀️ I paid for it, but the only reason I even went, was to try it with the coupon. In terms of the service, it was okay. Maybe this is just me, but I find that true customer service has gone down hill, which is why I tend to eat at home. I have worked in the service-based industries, and it often bothers me that people do not know the concept that : your service is what gets people coming back. If you act like you hate your job and appear upset towards the people you service, no one will want to come back. I had gone here only one other time a few months back and I had asked how the person was. They were not willing to engage or interact. They made it seem as though they were bothered that someone wanted to talk to them. I wanted to give them a try, but I think I just won't bother trying Subway, with or without a coupon.

Like what others have commented, I think these staff need better training in English. Not everyone speaks Spanish, this is the US, we value diversity and it also means that you should respect our language as well. I said "a bit more tomato", I think she only knows the word tomato, or maybe she is just pretending to be not understanding... I have no idea why the Subway allows this to happen. It's definitely ridiculous

The best part about that Subway is ordering on the app and having your order prepared for you while either you wait in the car on inside at a table- I ordered in advance so that makes it way more convenient Ordered on app Paid on app Selected curbside or inside
