“I am definitely going back!! We loved the vibe as well as the food, very welcoming. The music was nice, drink selection on point!! There's a pool table area and once it's finished the patio out back will definitely be a whole VIBE!! ?“
“We love Cracker Barrel because we can count on thier comfort food at a reasonable price after a long day's travel. We really appreciate that they are RV friendly at most Cracker Barrel locations. We parked at this one after a very long day and enjoyed breakfast in the morning. I always pick up any trash that might be close to where we park leaving things tidier than when arrived to show our appreciation for the privilege of the hospitality.Parking was accessible and pretty flat for our small RV.Thank you Cracker Barrel...“
“Had our first dine in experience at Big Al’s today. The food was delicious with generous portions and very well seasoned. Seating is limited so either plan to go in earlier or be patient. AJ was super knowledgeable of the menu and Chef D was very friendly. Al himself came by the table before we left. We tried the fried chicken sandwich, fried catfish, turnip greens and skillet beans.“
“This will be a long review. First of all, John, Hillary, Kaylin, the service you provided was excellent! And to all those at the back of house what great food! This was our first night in Nashville and I have to say James Hideaway set the bar very high! If you have never been to Nashville I recommend you save this as the best place for last. We had the whiskey dinner, that paired with the live music was a phenomenal experience. I absolutely, 100% recommend this spot on your visit to Nashville!“
“My husband and I Stopped in here for something to eat after shopping and it was not crowed. Afterwards it appears traffic picked up. The food and service was good, my drink was not good. So the next time we are in Nashville I won't get the Tea. Overall, good experience.“
“A Nashville Staple with Irresistible Comfort FoodAs a Nashville native, Nashville Biscuit House holds a special place in my heart, and for good reason. This charming establishment never fails to deliver on both fantastic food and exceptional service. Whether you're craving a classic Southern meat and three, indulgent stacks of pancakes, or something a bit heartier like the mouthwatering fried pork chop with a side of creamy Mac and cheese and crispy tots, this place has it all.The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for enjoying a hearty meal with friends or family. The staff here are always friendly and attentive, making sure every visit is a memorable one.If you're looking for comfort food done right in Nashville, look no further than Nashville Biscuit House. It's a true gem in the city's culinary scene, and one that I'll keep coming back to time and time again. Highly recommended!“
“Very nice place, friendly staff, good food & cool atmosphere. Had the Cajun chicken sandwich & was pleasantly surprised that the breast was juicy (chicken breast is usually on the dry side most places ) it was a good sandwich & I'd order it again. Roasted garlic mashed potatoes with white gravy was also really good.Kid's burger and fries were good as well. Burger was a good size & fries were crispy on the outside soft on the inside.Tater tots were also perfectly crispy. Pineapple upside down cake was really good too.“
“A leisurely lunch was shared with my sister. We enjoyed a window view of the Cumberland River. The noise level was perfect for conversation and reminiscing. Our waitress, Kaylee, was attentive to our needs and answered all of our questions regarding the menu. For those raised in the South, this is clearly a taste of back home.“
“When I tell yall I almost CRIED eating their chicken strips, I mean it. I haven’t had a vegetarian or vegan chicken strip that tastes like the real thing since I stopped eating meat. We were visiting all the way from Arizona and made it a point to stop here. I’m glad we did!!!“
“Visiting from Atlanta! Not my first time here in Tennessee but I’ve heard about this place a few times so I stopped by today. I only got a piece of catfish but man! It was cooked perfectly and seasoned so well. Not under seasoned or over seasoned, just perfect! All the employees I encountered were also friendly! I recommend this place!“
“Excellent meal at a very reasonable price. Had the Chicken and Waffle plate. Tasty sauce on Chicken with thin breading, Chicken juicy and waffle was perfectly done. Great coffee as is, no sugar or cream needed. Highly recommend it. And our waitress Latoyia was very very attentive. A real "hidden gem" north of the river just off I 65!“
“Had the 200 and 400 degree chicken strips today for lunch and let me just say that I haven’t stopped thinking about it since and can’t wait to go back!!!! A lot of places are boasting about how their food brings the heat yet it still lacks in flavor, the food that they serve at 400 degrees does not lack in heat or in flavor whatsoever! It comes out freshly cooked served with bread which soaks up all those delicious and spicy juices for you to enjoy! Added bonus they have a secret menu the level of heat does not just stop at 400 degrees it can go up to 900!!!!“
“The chicken and sides were delicious. The mild chicken was very flavorful. The medium chicken was also very flavorful with just the right amount of heat. My wife and I didn't try the hot because we thought it would be to hot and I would not enjoy it. The sweet tea was perfect.Great food at a good price. My wife and I both met and talked with the owner and he was very nice.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Moores also has unspicy chicken and great sides for the kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level entrance with easy access for wheelchairs.“
“I needed a place to eat while I was passing through Nashville and I very much enjoyed the fried chicken, mac&cheese, and baked beans. The peach cobbler was cold, but probably would have tasted better if it was still warm. There were plenty of options to choose from and everything had good flavor and seasoning. I would eat there again.Parking: Parking is on the side and in th back“
“T is for Texas. T is for Jacks Baaarbecue.Seriously good brisket and sausage at Jacks.I’ve had both several times and they are consistently amazing.Ribs are…ehhh…soft. Too soft and bland. Stick with the brisket and sausage, which are awesome.Cornbread is awesome. Sides are awesome. Sweet tea is awesome.“
“One of a kind retro diner with a great selection of food and even greater prices but what makes this even better is the nostalgia it brings back if your from Nashville. I don’t believe it has changed that much since they opened it. The way I think about it and the family who runs it, it’s just a labor of love. We really enjoyed our meal and look forward to coming back again!“
“Wife and I were on a road trip vacation and wanted to try some authentic local breakfast food. We saw some pretty good reviews for Big Al's so we decided to stop by. It doesn't look like much on the outside and is very small on the inside (only room for about 20 patrons) but what it lacks in beauty and size, it makes up in delicious food! I had the biscuit sandwich with egg, cheese, sausage and bacon along with hash fries. The wife had French toast with bacon and a biscuit. Fantastic!!! Biscuits are light and fluffy. You have to go if you're in the area. Biggest drawback is that you may have to wait, but it will be worth it!!!“
“I bought the bar b que chicken salad and the buffalo chicken salad. Both of which I have bought numerous times before. The bar b que chicken salad was great but the buffalo chicken salad was so hot I could not eat it. I expect it to be spicy but this was way over board. Hated to loose my $7 but it had to be dumped ?.“
“My husband and I love this place! We go there all the time. Our favorite is the turkey and dressing and apple pie. I highly recommend trying both! The lunch manager is always so friendly and always makes sure our meal is to satisfation! When the manager remembers you by name it makes you want to come back! Keep doing an awesome Job!“
“Our first time there. Just found by searching for breakfast shops. Our waitress was super nice and welcoming. She was so sweet with our 3 year old. Gave him something to color and draw on. Had him write his name on a paper and placed it on a wall so everyone can see. We will come back when we will be close to Nashville.“
