The employees ignored the front except to hand over food. Previously they have refused to take orders, insisting that customers must use the order kiosk.Then the orders don't always get made properly. We stood at the counter for several minutes trying to request a remake to match the order. It wasn't a major change, or difficult to make, just difficult to get attention.The food itself was good, just your normal fast food prep.The interior was clear of debris but the tables weren't wiped after people left so new customers could reuse.

I have visited this location 3x. Never again. Window staff pathetic. Incomplete order 1st two visits. Rude immature staff, zero public interaction skills. Final vist, 25 minutes in drive through and it was not busy or packed. I drove off without my order. Anyplace else but here from now on.

Went through the drive thru tonight. Came home and 1/2 the order was missing. Went back and the staff wouldn’t give me the rest of my order or money back. Customer service has really gone down hill. Thanks for stealing my money Taco Bell !

Had hard shelll tacos & cinnamon twists. They had a chemical smell & left me with bad reflux that Prilosec has not helped. I didn't even eat half of what I ordered. Money wasted & I feel sick.

Today we arrived at Taco Bell to a hoist that is unable to take our order but has the ability to show us how to use there machine to place our own order.If we are paying an employee why is the customer having to learn to place their own order. Then to top it off customer wanted to pay cash and the employees acted as if cash was extinct and they couldn’t count.I will not spend my money at Taco Bell…I have never saw a box of crayons so DULL
