Went through the drive thru, and I ordered a veggie and chicken chalupa. A veggie Mexican pizza. The chalupa bread was harder than a taco shell. I bit into it and instantly cut the roof of my mouth. My Mexican pizza had beef on it. Went back around to have them fix my order. The cashier was nice and didn't give me a hard time. I asked why the shells were so hard. She said they'll drop new ones. The folks taking my order a pretty sarcastic(unprovoked) to me in the drive through this evening, so I decided to go to McDonalds instead 2 doors down.McDonald's service was great and they were super patient with me.

I love their hard shell tacos. However, I'm always astounded at how expensive they are and how the actual product looks NOTHING like the colorful picture plastered on the windows. Very hard to taste the taco meat because there is only a spoonful on the taco. And to get 4 or 5 small cubes of tomatoes added, you're out of 50-60 cents extra!
