Amazing while were inside eating around 8-8:30 pm asked for more tea and they already dumped out what they had made and told me they weren't allowed to make more after a certain time. They could have saved what they had and used it the rest of the night.

The lady at the register wouldn’t honor my coupon after we told her we wasn’t from here. She then proceeded to tell us that the restaurant was not corporate and it was privately owned. Okay I understand if that’s true however she was very rude about it. So me and my family left without getting anything.

Guy at the front counter didn't even seem like he even wanted to be there, I work fast food too, so I feel that, but you're supposed to make the customer feel wanted and appreciated.....I did not. Food was good tho!

The employee was short with my family and rude. They were not busy at all, but didn't even look at me the whole interaction. When I got my food, the cheese sticks were cold, and the sandwich was not made correctly. I was in a hurry, so I couldn't go back to have it fixed.
