“As a New Yorker, I can confirm this is New York pizza! We moved to Tennessee last year, and feel lucky to still be able to have good pizza! The taste & smell is the same I've had back in NYC. Customer service from Wes has been great & I was told the owner is also from New York. This is the best pizza in Chattanooga, but they also deliver to Cleveland on Wednesdays at Deer Park!“
“Wow!! This little place is awesome!! I love the nachos! You got actual beans and the chips are nice and sturdy! Their pizza is also excellent in my opinion! Say goodbye to all other pizza places!! I don't know why it tastes so different but you'll just have to try it for yourself. My favorite is cheese and mushrooms! The grilled chicken salad is also worth having!! I love a good hearty salad with actual vegetables and not just lettuce. This one is perfect! I have yet to find something that I don't like. The atmosphere is calm and the set up is simple. I would encourage you to try this little place!! Compared to Amigos or El Meson or Mayan Kitchen,... this place is in a class all its own. “Mellow Mushroom is always a good place to grab a meal! It isn’t like other pizza places with super oily pizza but with super tasty , practically homemade pizza! They are always super clean and the servers are very nice and helpful! As an added bonus Mellow Mushrooms are never too crowded depending on when you go, they are more of a hidden gem! ?“
“On of my favortie pizza spots in Chattanooga. Every time that i've eaten here, the pizza comes out exactly the same as the last time, which isnt something I can saw with most places. Its a great spot for dinner, lunch, or even to take a break if you're at Camp Jordan for sporting events. Highly recommend.“

I hear there is one downtown Chattanooga, too, but never ate there.I was very happy to see they have gluten-free crust, so I had to get a bbq chicken with extra sauce.The host / server placed my order it was a slow time of day between lunch / dinner.The pizza was out in 17 minutes and ready to eat fresh.When I opened the box and saw the pizza, I was blown away by how thick it was and gluten-free. This was a first for me because all the gluten-free crust I have ever had was thin crust. Not here!I did have to take hot peppers off the pizza, which was new for bbq chicken pizza.Overall, it was good and fresh plus very filling. “I was very pleased with the services We received from the CiCi’s in Hixson, Tn. My daughter and I dined in and I ordered a specialized pizza because I don’t eat pork. Unfortunately, upon my first bite I noted it had sausage on it, but fortunately Neri (General Manager) was kind enough to to remake my order and he upgraded the usual personal pan to a large pizza to take home! “My child received a ticket for 5 free plays on his field trip. When we came to redeem his prize from playing, since the kids couldn't do it on the field trip, he was going to use his free plays. They stated that he couldn't use them if he didn't buy food. It didn't say this on the ticket and of course my child was super sad as we just popped in for a couple of games and buying a couple during our errands that day. “Outstanding food. This place tastes like Pizza Hut used to, back when it was good, when you turned in your book coupon, got your own personal pizza, and kicked butt in PacMan. The flavors meld in a way that only fresh ingredients can provide: the crunch of the peppers, the sizzle of the peppers, and the crispiness of the crust send you to another place. “We been living in Ooltewah TN for 10 months and drive by Portobello's daily to work ect..and did not know they existed until one day I happen to pull into the parking lot and noticedPortobello's. The best keep secret restaurant in town.We went to dinner and tried their pizza and pasta with meat sauce and grilled Italian sausage. The food and service was great. We recommend them and will visit them again.“

“Great pizza. They do buy one get one pizzas but if you only want one they will give you 20% off the pizza. They have a pretty wide variety of specialty pizzas and of course you can design your own. They do have personal pizzas so if you are by yourself and want less leftovers that would also be a good option. They make calzones. They have a lot of sandwich options served with a salad or french fries or onion rings. As of the writing of this review they are planning on being closed 10/2 for a couple of days for renovations. The interior is definitely warm and aged but definitely appeared clean during our visit. We will definitely visit after their renovations.“

“We get pizza here pretty often. I usually order on the mobile site, which is super convenient and easy. The workers are generally friendly, and we pick up our (hot!) pizza and go. I don't think they've ever gotten anything wrong on our orders, even though we do "half and half" toppings and garlic sauce instead of regular sauce a lot. Nice, seemingly efficient place. And the pizza is tasty!“
