“The pizza(s) were really good! The only issue is ordering online. It told us how long to expect, then kept telling us 15 minutes for an hour and 20 minutes. Yet upon retrieving our dinner, the pizzas were still hot. Well done guys. Other than that, no problems and good food.“

I shared with her I had recently lost one of my favorite rings and she said I would probably find it when I least expected to. Well, guess what? “Not local to the area but was driving back to our hotel and spotted this little place and it had cars in both drive thrus and looked busy! I thought to myself man, I bet that place is good so we stopped and gave it a try and it did not disappoint! Decent prices and the burger was pretty damn awesome! I got it just the way it comes even though I don't normally do mayo, mustard and ketchup on my burgers but man it was really good! My only small complaint would be that I wish it had more of those on there bc with a double patty burger it needed more sauces! You may want to ask for extra if you'd like me and want to taste the condiments more! Other than that the fries were also good! They're kinda like Arby's curly fries not not curly! They even had tasty fountain drinks! Would def recommend! Cheers!“

“I always enjoy my experiences when I eat here or even when I go in to pick something up. I generally will try to avoid having to sit in those long lines. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful and they all act like they like their jobs... It's very nice and enjoyable... Most times, it's OK, but nights are worst, employees are Not friendly and that's when the food isn't greatest and no napkins!! Day times...anytime!!“

“I have missed this place since they left Hamilton Place. I went there on the soft opening and it was great and so what I remember. Went there today and had fast service and still so tasty. I’m going to be in trouble with having one this close. LOL! The only thing I miss is the hot sauce they use to have available back then in the squirt bottles.“

“excellent customer service! We had an event and needed box lunches, knowing we needed to order 48 hours in advance, we STILL had people forget. Twice after we made the order, and well past the "48 hour before" deadline, we had to add more sandwiches. Both times, the shift manager was accommodating and polite, and said we would have no problem. Picked everything up on a Saturday AM, just as business was picking up for lunch, and had to add two more! they did it with no problems, nice and fast, and the line was still moving. A whole bunch of people at the meeting had never known about box lunches, and were suitably impressed at the value, as well as the sandwiches. Good job Ooltewah!“

“Great fast food place. They have a good menu. Prices are fair. The restaurant is generally clean. I have had good luck with the service as well. There is a nice patio which is usually clean and comfortable. I recommend the location next time you want decent fast food or ice cream.“

“I moved to Tennessee in late June 2023. I triee several Chick fil-as out, but found Ooltewah to be the best in the area. There customer service is outstanding, food is delicious,. The restuarant its self is clean, friendly and comfortable. Definetly Chick Fil-a Ooltewah is the best restuarant around!!“

“The place wasn't busy when we first arrived. Customer service is so so. All of the food is made to order, and given in take out containers. Our hamburgers were wrapped in foil. The Cheerwine float that I had was okay. The pricing is fair. Plan to spend about $10 per person.“

“Really disappointed in C-f-A in Hixon AGAIN. I removed the bun to apply mayo & noticed I was missing quite a bit of breading. Then I almost vomited when I took a bite that was nothing but a piece of fat. My fries were too salty to eat, so just threw those away. The tea was great though...basically I paid $9.60 for a tea.I used to be able to rely on C-f-A for a quick, decent meal on the go.“

“The staff should have on hair nets and gloves. I have seen a employee scratching her head and then grabbing the food or someone coming off break from eating and going straight back on the line to serve food without washing their hands. I know they're not touching the food but if they're doing that on the front line where we can see what are they doing in the back where we can't see. Other than that service is good and the food is always fresh and delicious.“

“I drive past the fort Oglethorpe ga location to come to this Arby's, why because this location ALWAYS is clean. Bathroom clean floor clean tables clean people cleaning and making sure things are stocked and clean. The food is always hot. After the horrible I had on 8/15/23 I went in thinking this place will be dirty like the last restaurant I just left. I was dead wrong clean clean and clean. The people were absolutely amazing and I'll never go to another Arby's. But if I do this Arby's will be what I compare them too. They have high standards at this location, and I hope corporate knows that this is the place to eat at in east ridge. Corporate needs to know that this restaurant cares that they are clean and their people are friendly kind caring and they all need raises.“

“Probably the best Subway I've been to in a long while. Staff was trying to take a break while we were there, but every time someone came in they all left their break and took care of the customers. Excellent! My sandwich was good and made well. I did not get the feeling that they were throwing it together and trying to get it over with. Obviously a better managed/trained shop than most.“

I asked the cashier, Karissa, if that was still an available option and mentioned I can not eat gluten. She went to the kitchen and made it herself! It was delicious and wonderful. The lettuce was so crisp that it had a nice crunch to it. Most restaurants have soggy, limp, lettuce, but that is not the case here. I thanked her and mentioned to other employees how wonderful it was and thanked them. Hardees burgers and service are underrated. Take the time to stop by and treat yourself to a delicious meal. “The service was great just as it should be and the food was prepared in a record time aka very fast even for a " fast food " location. The staff was very friendly and not just to me, I witnessed alot of different customers come in the doors and they were all greeded with a " hello how are you and welcome to BK". Very refreshing to see customers being treated like they should be ; also the drive thru was running very smoothly, the orders were being processed very quickly aka timely and everything just flowed very smooth..I had been though the drive thru a couple times in the past and it ran very smooth than as well even when alot of cars / trucks were in it. “This is a brand new Panda Express on the outskirts of Hamilton Place Mall. It is very nicely designed. You can drive through, dine in or take out. The food was delicious ?. Lunch time seems to be the right time. Its not overwhelming crowded for a new restaurant. The reasons are simple ?. There are a couple of other brands new restaurants in the area as well. This gives every customer a variety of choices. All of these restaurants are providing a good service as well. It's just a matter of what food options you guys have a taste for. Got it ? If you do eat here it's a New Building, Professional, Clean, Friendly, Great Customer Service. I Highly Recommend Chow Mein Orange Chicken , and Teriyaki Chicken. Then you can get your choices of veggies. Throw in some Veggies Spring Rolls. Thing, I like is you can build your own plate with your choices. It's almost like a buffet, ?. You will certainly get more than enough. They have several other choices as well, along with your free refills traditional drinks ?.
