The night before on the 3rd, we had gotten some bad food in the drive thru. The next day we called and spoke to the general manager who in return was very understanding and took really good care of us after seeing the condition of the food and replaced it for free for us!! Though she didn't have too.Being in restaurant management myself, I know people can be over the top with things sometimes. I only wanted to bring it to her attention. She went above and beyond too render the situation right. So thank you for going the extra mile!!Because of your kindness my grandma who is now in the nursing home got to enjoy her dinner last night and she enjoyed it so very much.She had not been wanting to eat the nursing home food.( I can't say that I blame her!!) You really put a smile on her face. She kept saying she was so happy as she hadn't had Captain D'S in forever. So Thank you again!!! Because of your kindness and hospitality, we will be back again.Have a great rest of the day and / or night when you see this. Also, if you see this before your boss does, just know in my opinion you deserve a raise!!!

We get Captain D's every few weeks and it's always hot and fresh and the young ladies at the window are always fresh and ask everytime if we need different saucesAnd I keep forgetting to get a little crackles with my fresh fish????

This is the most unprofessional and unorganized manager I have ever encountered. We came in at 5:04 today and ordered our meals and added a 5 piece shrimp to it. 15 to 20 minutes later we got plates but no shrimp. My husband walked up to counter to let them know. We heard her call it back to manager. 10 minutes later, still no shrimp. My husband had went up to counter 2 more times and lady at counter said she would bring out to us. We had finished eating and walked up to counter to get our money back and the manager refused to give it to us because she said it has been over 30 minutes since we ordered. Said we had to get it from corporate. I told her we started asking for them as soon as we got our food. I cannot believe this manager's attitude! So I got the shrimp and gave it to the customer who was at counter ordering. We will never be back and encourage all who read this to go get Gordon's from freezer section at Kroger. It will taste better and you know you will get it and be cheaper!
