Food is average, and overpriced. Nothing like it used to be. Had to wait and wait for refills, and it wasn’t even a rush time. Everyone was too busy talking in the kitchen.

Why would you have a guy dressed as a woman to wate on tables. This was so disgusting that we got an another table and server. If this is so sickening to have this thrown in people’s face I’ll go somewhere else to eat.

We waited for almost 40minutes for our food and when it finally arrived the pancakes were burnt, the eggs and sausage gravy were almost cold and the French toast was actually tough!Think we'll stay away from this location ?

Waitress was rude and inattentive, she kept rolling her eyes when we would ask for stuff. We checked in at 7:15 pm and didn't get food til 9pm it was cold and apples were undercooked, green beans were so hot you couldn't eat them. Contemplated on just leaving and going somewhere else. I will just be going to a different Cracker Barrel from here on out.

The food was great and hot. No complaints here. It waited was beyond fabulous with a cheery personality and a we aim to please attitude!! This was very refreshing in a world of people who haven’t a clue as to what it takes to deliver REAL customer service or who are just there for a job. Kudos to her. While there I asked for the manager to praise this waitress and while doing so, the lady in line behind me also praised their waitress. This Cracker Barrel had it going on!!!
The fried chicken was overcooked, and the meatloaf that my husband got was extremely dry..I’ve come to Cracker Barrel for over 40 years and this is one of the worst meals that we have had.The green beans and hash brown casserole was lukewarm

We’ve been to a LOT of Cracker Barrel’s & we used to love this one. However, we will not be back. Service was terrible, younger waitress was pretty bad. When some of our foot didn’t come out she told us nobody was in the kitchen. Knew that wasn’t true b/c we got other parts of our meal pretty fast….not a lot of customers were there.Went to check out & we were asked how everything was. Told them it was okay. Explained why it was just okay & said they could get a manager. I just told them I’ll rely on you to deliver the message b/c this other lady was in line & had been waiting on a manager. I expressed it wasn’t the same place we came to just a few months ago & the response from the employee was, “yeah I know.”
