4/12/2024 - Me and my boyfriend came to eat around 8pm for dinner, service great as always and we have never had a problem before until now. You would figure a place would require hair nets or something to keep hair from getting into food. However, I got the Cayenne Ranch Sandwich like I typically do and I found a long brown hair in it!!!! The I guess manager, asked if I wanted another one and I declined and asked for my money back which he did give. Few minutes later he came and asked if I wanted something new or a jar dessert or anything which I still declined because once something like that happens it is a one and done for me. The guy was great and typically everything is but finding a hair in my food did it for me. Also not to mention that the water tastes gross and it also has a pink color to it which NO water should look pink unless something is horribly wrong with it.

food is always good when i go there, but the cashier taking orders (LEANNA), has the absolute WORST attitude. i watched the way she talked to other people before i got to her face to face for my order, her attitude and body language remained the same if not got worst by the time it was my turn to order. you need to take her off the front, because i'm sure nobody wants to run into energy like that before receiving their food. you'll damn near lose your appetite. it also doesn't look good for the company. leave whatever problems that's outside of work, OUTSIDE. i just wanted some WINGS, girl.
