Starting out with our food was delicious no issues there. The gigantic rude woman at the front register however, needs some serious coaching. I was disappointed that this Popeyes doesn't offer jambalaya, but I was anything but rude about it. I simply expressed my disappointment. The slowest Popeyes ever. We waited 35 mins for a chicken sandwich. And the manager wasn’t nice about it when we brought it to her attention. I’m only rating it 2 stars because the food was good.

Got drive thru 2 weeks ago. The receipt we were given matched what we ordered. The expedite ticket did not match our order but the food matched expedite ticket. So we did not have the right food when we got home. Tonight my daughter went thru the drive thru for us. Got home, had all our food but no biscuits!!! Food is great, get the drive thru process fixed!!
