Every time I visit this Arby’s something always is wrong with my order. Many times my wife and I will just add or takeoff toppings at home because if you ever want anything different than what is on the menu, then order will probably be wrong.

Waited over 20 minutes to get our food. By time someone was listening to us we got our money refunded and left hungry. Thanks hadn't eaten all day. Already late afternoon. Was over an hour before this senior citizen was able to get food. Lost trust in arbys now.

The best 2 Arby's in Jackson tn. Is the one on s.highland & the one on parkstone pl .the food is always fresh & hot ,the other two Arby's on old hickory & Stonebridge are garbage food always cold & I do mean always no matter what

The food was cooked fresh. I did not receive all of my order. I told the server/cashier to make sure my order was correct since I lived too far away to be driving back. I got home and, I was missing my crinkle fries. I tried to call several times to let them know that I was missing those expensive fries, Of course no one answers the telephone.
Went through the drive through. It was busy but we didn't have to wait very long. The person taking our order was very nice and easy to understand. The food and service were good.
