Used to be my favorite early morning breakfast spot but now I don't normally eat here just because of the inconsistency of the hours and service. This morning I stopped by to grab a (very unhealthy) Loaded Croisanwhich and the 1090 something calories were delicious. Three kinds of pork topped a soft croissant with egg and processed cheese product. The price was fair and the food hit the tray fast enough to startle me. The place looks a pretty rough on the inside but it is an older establishment.

On Sunday March 31, the store was listed as being open. At 1pm the store doors were still closed. Several employees were seen sitting in their cars. No sign saying the store was closed or would be open later. At 1:30 pm we left. This store has a constant problem with service and the management operates the the store so inefficiently. Complaints to this store are never addressed.

I've come to this location twice. 1st time, employees were friendly, but I was charged for items I didn't receive..happened once no big deal.Second visit, I tried to order a milkshake and was (barely) greeted with a super nasty attitude. I left without paying for or receiving the order.

This place loads your burger up right! Employees are friendly and efficient! Always a smile waiting for you! Food is fresh, hot and juicy. My husband loves eating here!

It's so dark driving over there between Kroger and BK.... I think lights are needing replacement on Krogers' parking lot.

Walked in, only person in there. No one in drive thru and everyone just looks at you and didn’t even acknowledge us in there. Nasty manager has a lighter hanging from jacket and dropped fries and put them back in bag and served them. We ended up walking out due to not a single person said anything to us.

You can have an experience at the store when you want to dine in when your lobby is closed on Tuesday at 650 pm! Poor management and staffing! Maybe the owner doesn't know! The trash cans are full and overflowing out on the drive up road! Should be reported for littering with the wind!
I feel bad for leaving a bad review but this Burger King is absolutely nasty. The tray they handed me with our food on it was sticking to my hands. I wish I had took pictures. Just dirt and grim on everything. No ice in the coke machine. Don’t waste your money but go inside and have a look. If the seating area is this gross, I can’t imagine what the back looks like. I will never ever ever visit this location again. Actually I might just go back just to take pictures.

Just pulled into this BK drive thru after driving 10hrs. The female working driver thru was absolutely rude and had zero customer service skills. BK should be embarrassed to have that type of representation. Believe me it’s just as easy to pull into the McDonald’s next store and spend our money there. The audacity to think people first off deserve to be treated in that manner or to have people act like that when the only reason they have a job to get paid is by the service they are being PAID to provide is incomprehensible. For people to be that rude to is beyond my comprehension. The only reason I gave one star for food is they got my order right; which was a basic whopper no cheese and no onion, small fry. Made it simple enough that even someone who acts like they don’t want your business couldn’t screw up my meal.The only reason BK got one star in everything else was because I can’t post my review unless those fields are filled out. Recommendation: go spend your money where people deserve their paychecks.

I'm only giving it a 2 star instead of 1 because they only had 1 cook working that night so i understand the wait time, but that doesn't excuse the amount of foul language and insults i heard while sitting at the drive through and at the drive through window. I had a large order and as soon as it was brought up (I ordered from the mobile app) i heard some girl scream "aw **** naw". that's not exactly what i wanted to hear especially when i just wanted some food to take home for the night. All I heard was screaming and yelling the entire time i sat at the window. I will do my best to avoid this spot from here on out just try and order from another burger king nearby. i'm sure they're all going to be just as bad in Jackson though.
