Rashad the manager on the date I made an online order was very rude and nasty no one was wearing a hair net or gloves..I waited 52 min on a pizza..nd then he stated there was nothing he can do it has 20minutes left and canceled my order..I will contact corporate.

Made an order around 6:30 and realized it was still being preped at 8pm. I called to ask if I could come pick it up but was informed that the transaction would be voided, And the payment would not be received Instant, and I'd have to make a new order. Well I asked if I could just get a 2 litter (which is cheaper than the delivery charge) and was told no. Just seems kinda odd to be so stingy when I'm helping them out by picking my order up

My brother called to make a delivery on 12/29 at 11:10pm and the lady hung up the phone and when we called again she declined the call. I just think it’s very rude to do that when we’re trying to give business.

Well, earlier today, I ordered a pizza to be delivered at 6pm. My husband goes to bed at 9pm. Right now it's 6:34pm and no pizza. I called and was put on hold for 20 mins, then the guy says they have been behind all day and it will get here soon. So, does this fall under, if it's not delivered at the time requested it's free?? I literally live 1.5 Miles from Dominos!! Really? This isn't the first issue I've had with them either! Under cooked chicken wings last time!! Maybe I need to order from a different Domino's location! Don't go to this one!

This is the most inconsistent dominos I have ever been to. This location is near my work and over the past 2 months I have probably bought 10 pizzas, six of my orders were either wrong entirely or bad quality. I make the same order. Brooklyn style thincrust with pepperoni. Here is a list in order of what has been wrong1 pizza: burnt2 pizza: no pepperoni3 pizza: extra cheese4 pizza: cut wrong like a handtossed would be5 pizza: an actual handtossed pizza6 pizza: no pepperoni again.For some reason I convince myself to take another gamble with this place but I’m sick of this. With the past 3 orders being wrong in a row. Im done.

Ordered 1 pizza & bread sticks at 5:04pm and still has not been delivered by 6:26pm on a Wednesday!!! I could understand on Friday or Saturday but not Wednesday and non-holiday week!

They must have been working short. Pizza took 10 minutes longer than expected. I ordered a thin crust. It was basically burnt. My husband ordered a hand tossed and he said it was dried out, didn't seem to have sauce on it. We have always used Domino's for a quick pizza, but not sure we will again. I should have checked it there and refused it.

Got 5 even though I had to drive all the way back from Brownsville to get a salad that was not rotten. From now on will check everything before going home. Reason for 5 was exchanged the salad and was nice about it.
