Called to place an order for pickup and absolutely COULD NOT understand the man that answered. I completely understand that everyone needs a job and I'm not saying dude should be fired or reprimanded in any way. The management, on the other hand, should be taught how to utilize their employees.
This is the best Papa John's Pizza! We think Papa John's is a good pizza, this shop is the best. People who work there are very good at making their pizza the way the customer request. We appreciate that.

Ordered a Hawaiian pizza today, and I am so disappointed with this pizza. By the time I got home with it, it had 4 pieces of pineapple on it and 8 Jalapeños a huge piece of fat that I have no idea where it came from. But yes not happy with what I Ordered, normally it's terrific. Everyone can have a bad day. $27.86 for a disappointment.
