“I have been to this restaurant several different times and had a few different experiences. Generally, the restaurant interior is clean, although a few times the tables have not been wiped down from the previous guests. My order has been accurate every time and fulfilled to standard. The customer service is not particularly friendly, however, it hasn't been unpleasant.My one wish would be for smaller sizes in some of their options, because I don't want the large portion sizes. For me, dairy Queen is a treat, but even the small size is far too large. I would actually go more often if they had smaller sizes. But I suppose it is what it is.Overall, if you are looking for a place to take your kids for a treat, the environment is decently clean and enjoyable. My kids have loved their daddy time at dairy Queen!“

“I was in operation: get in and get out, and I had to use the bathroom. The bathrooms were so clean and well maintained! When I ordered my food, the employee was very pleasant, and my food came out very quickly. They didn't forget any ingredients, and they didn't skimp out on anything. The dining area was just as spotless. An employee was promptly cleaning tables after a group had left even. They were on top of their game! Of course, always add a sauce of your choice to any food item to give it that humph.“

“Last Friday evening my husband and I visited this Cook Out and had THE BEST service we could've ever asked for. We were in town with a group of 19 total people who ALL wanted Cook Out for dinner. I had a little notebook with all their orders and Kaylyn (unsure of how she spells it) took our order patiently, kindly, and VERY helpfully. When I was unsure of exactly what the written order meant, Kaylyn helped me decide what would probably be the best choices, as she is very familiar with the whole menu and I'm definitely not. When I was done saying the whole order, there were already 11 meals prepared and ready to go. It was so incredibly fast!We ordered 19 different meals and a bunch of shakes, and when we were passing out food to our group it was all present AND correct. The food turned out to be delicious and just what we needed after a few hours at Kentucky Splash. This Cook Out treated us so well, and I'm so thankful for Kaylyn's help and calm when I was super stressed about feeding all these people from the same place. 100% recommend this location!“

“Fast food has gone cold hearted but when I went to burger king not only was I greeted with a smile but she asked if I wanted ketchup with my fries. I about cried cause no fast food places do this and by the time I get back to work it’s to late to get ketchup. The food was great and I had ketchup with my fries. Ty Burger King for caring about the little things that make a good meal great! It’s been a year since I have been to Burger King because one bad experience but the service and food has changed it meets standards. Ty for all your effort to make it great again. I will return.“
