“I had stayed away from this location because of the way they did my cousin when she had more than 1 order and she had went through the drive thu after she was told it was ok to do so. “Im really like super happy 2 let ya'll knw whts up ovr at the food court where Arbys resides. 1st the window folks r so very nice & really do fo out of there way 2 b as polite as possible. It doesnt matr if they arent at their best tht day or any othr day. Arbys people wrkn the window r friendly, no super friendly & it might tk an xtra min 2 gt ur food but it is always always always hot & fresh & ur order is nvr evr wrong or missing somethn. As a matter of fact my son & I go there often bc the service is awesum, food is awesum-sauce & its convenient 4 alot of folks being tht its connected to the gas station so if u need gas or whtevr u can stop by the drive thru or go nside 2 ordr thn gt wht nd at tje gas station while u wait 4 ur food. “I cannot and will not complain about the food. It is always tasty.I can be a little pickier about the counter service.1. My order was not correct. I noticed, mid order, and made sure to repeat it to attempt to get the cashier to remedy the mistake. It was still rung up wrong and had to have it fixed after the fact. To be fair I could tell this was a new employee. I kept my cool and didn't make a big deal about it.2. I only got one gravy to go along with 3 large mashed potatoes. C'mon y'all. How's that supposed to work with a family of 7. I got the big meal for a reason. “Slowest place I have been to ever. Speaker at the drive thru made it next to impossible to communicate with the server. Took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru with just 3 cars ahead of us.They forgot to add a drink so went in and took another 10 minutes to be waited on.“
“We have always been Pizza Hut fans, but after Covid the quality of their food products suffered. It got so bad we stopped eating there all together. However, we returned for a trial run several months ago and there seemed to be a noticeable improvement. Then, they completely remodeled the Oneida store. The food is now the best we've ever had at any Pizza Hut, and the service is fast and friendly. We highly recommend giving it a try!“

“I come through the drive through almost every morning and get the egg and cheese biscuits and hash rounds. Hardee's breakfast can't be beat. Hands down the best biscuits anywhere. Made from scratch makes a big difference. And the drive through employees are always very friendly. Tamra and Emily usually get my order and they are great!“
